Laurissa Heller

Laurissa HellerLaurissa is the mother of three, and has been teaching yoga and meditation for some time. Yoga brought her into the field of energy and ever since she has been fascinated with how it plays a large role in our lives. After learning she had a skill for intuitive work, she began an intensive, year long astrology program, which she continues to study passionately as she brings more and more of it into her work with people.

Whether she is teaching one on one, or to a group she likes to weave the different practices together to assist people with their paths into conscious living.

Astrology/Birth Chart Reading:
Astrology assistance begins with a birth chart reading which helps to identify the energy that you are born with in this life time. Only you know the story of your life so far, but astrology helps people to see a more objective and some times bigger picture than you already have. It can help to explain certain traits and interests that you may need to incorporate into your life. A birth chart reading breaks down the different and defining energies of who you are and how they might be able to best serve you.

Relaxation Yoga Session:
You will find this one-on-one session with Laurissa to be extremely relaxing, and it will help you move energy if you have been holding on to it. This is also a great way to learn good alignment habits. An excellent way to step into the practice if you are new to yoga, it is fun, rewarding and just plain feels great. The session will be in a practitioner room. You will need to bring a yoga mat and water. Try it once and you won't want to stop!		 1 hr 85.00

Back Pain Yoga Session:
For people who are experiencing back pain and are looking for relief this session will help you greatly.  We will be working on a yoga mat, but this session will make your muscles relax and you will feel fabulous!		 1 hr 85.00
